Meet our founder
A lawyer specializing in fund structuring, Gaspard de Monclin created Overlord to revolutionize the industry by simplifying the constitution of investment vehicles.
Gaspard is a passionate lawyer whose entire career has been dedicated to fund managers and their environment: constitution, acquisition and implementation of funds. In the three jurisdictions where he is admitted (United States, England and France), he intended to revolutionize the fund formation industry with an innovative and cost-saving approach. Over the years, he has built up a vast network of investors and managers. In December 2024, he published the book "Le Capital-Investissement (Private Equity)" with Lextenso Publishing.

Meet the passionate experts who make up the Overlord team.
Antoine Ollivier oversees all operational activities at Overlord. With his experience at the international group Mazars in transaction services and his involvement in entrepreneurial projects at Pépite France and the École des Mines, from which he graduated, he also founded Huno, an innovative investment service secured by blockchain.
Passionate full-stack developer, Romuald Cocotier leads technical projects at Overlord. He graduated from ESIEE Paris in computer science and with extensive experience in software development, he previously held key roles at Solutec, where he enhanced systems for major companies.
Cédric Rémia coordinates communication and marketing campaigns at Overlord. He graduated from ESJ Lille in journalism and he has collaborated with renowned media such as Capital, RMC, BFMTV, and La Voix du Nord. Expert in content creation, he now brings his creativity to serve a variety of organizations.
